We talk a lot about Investment Properties, but what actually are they?

It is a property that has been purchased with the intention on receiving a return on the investment. This can mean a rental property and/or a property that is being resold at a higher price later on. This can focus on long-term or short-term investment.

Some of the benefits of owning an Investment Property?

Cash Flow - Owning a Rental Property will give you a steady cash flow each month. This will allow you to have this passive income while you make money doing another job.

Tax Benefits - With owning some real estate, there are a few ways in which you are able to get tax benefits to lower your taxes.

Appreciation - Philadelphia is a city on the rise and that means your land/property will likely be worth more some day. As we like to say, “Don’t wait to buy Real Estate… Buy Real Estate and wait!” Your investment will be worth it in the future!
